Every project has to report its progress to the project's team, its program, portfolio or partner.
Its pattern, frequency and stakeholders are defined in the project charter.

Define

A report may be defined by:

  • Id
  • Small description
  • General tendency (good, medium, low)
  • What happened since last time
  • What is happening
  • What will happen
  • The risks
  • The alerts
  • The decision to take
  • The decision taken
